Role Overview Legal Compliance Section of Legal & Compliance Department is responsible for adoption, review, development and implementation of policies on Privacy, Anti-corruption, Legal and Information Management etc. The Section is also responsible for conducting Legal Risk Assessments of different policy areas, designing and development of various learning programs etc. 

Purpose of this recruitment is to provide dedicated assistance for the implementation of different Policies. The position is temporary in nature and on contractual basis.

Job Responsibility Major responsibilities:

  • Provide necessary assistance in the ongoing Anti-corruption campaigns
  • Assist the Legal Compliance team in developing and implementing ‘Local Manual – Handling of Authority Requests’
  • Provide support in conducting Yearly Risk Assessments
  • Conduct necessary legal research
  • Assist the LC team to prepare yearly reports
Education and Experience requirements Education:

  • LL.B (Hons.) / LL.M from any recognized University



  • 01 – 02 years’ experience of court practice; or
  • 02 years’ working experience in private sector, preferably in the telecommunication industry
Special Skill
  • Good Analytical skill
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Knowledge on ‘Privacy’ and ‘Anti-corruption’ laws
  • Self-driven to work under pressure
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
