Indian Infrastructure Finance Company Limited i.e. IIFCL has released the notification of new recruitment for the year 2026. Through this recruitment, qualified candidates are being searched for different posts. This time there will be recruitment on a total of 37 posts, which include the posts of Assistant Manager (Grade A) and Manager (Grade B). IIFCL is a government company, which provides financial assistance to big infrastructure projects in the country. This institution provides long term finance in many important sectors like roads, electricity, transport etc.
How many posts will be recruited?
According to the released information, a total of 37 posts will be filled in this recruitment. Of these, 33 posts are for Assistant Manager (Grade A). 4 posts have been kept for Manager (Grade B). Both the posts may require different qualifications and experience, hence it is important to read the notification carefully before applying.

Selection will be done in several stages
To get a job in IIFCL, candidates have to go through several stages. This process is designed in such a way that the right and eligible candidate can be selected. First there will be screening of the candidates. In this their form, qualification and other information will be seen. The candidates who are found suitable in this stage will be called in the further stage.
Written examination will be important
After this the next stage will be written examination. This examination will test the understanding and knowledge of the candidate. In this, questions will be asked from many subjects, like Mathematics (Quantitative Aptitude), English Language, Reasoning, Current Affairs and related subjects (like Project Finance and Risk Management). It will be very important to perform well in this examination.
Interview is also necessary
After the written examination, behavioral assessment of the candidates will be done. In this it will be seen how the candidate’s working style is and how he will work in the team. After this there will be an interview in the final stage. Here the candidate’s understanding, confidence and knowledge of the subject will be tested.

The application process for this recruitment has started. Candidates can now fill the online form. The last date to apply has been fixed as April 10. In such a situation, candidates are advised not to wait for the last moment and complete the application on time.
