How back pain can indicate kidney disease: Back pain is generally considered a common problem. Dr. Hima Deepti Alla tells that kidney related pain is not always severe. This is often a mild but persistent pain in the waist or side, which people ignore considering it to be the effect of posture or sitting for a long time.

Sometimes the body gives warnings through small changes, such as foamy urine, a feeling that the bladder has not emptied completely or fluctuations in blood pressure. People usually do not notice these symptoms everyday, but these can be the initial signs. According to data from the National Institutes of Health, chronic kidney disease is often not detected in its early stages because its symptoms are very mild or vague.
