Central Bank of India has invited applications for recruitment to the post of Financial Literacy Center (FLC) Counselor. The special thing is that in this recruitment, the candidates will not have to give any kind of written examination. Selection will be done entirely on the basis of interview. This recruitment has been done for Financial Literacy Center located in Ahilyanagar and Dhule districts of Maharashtra. How many posts will be recruited
A total of 2 posts will be filled through this recruitment. In which FLC Counselor Ahilyanagar 1 post and FLC Counselor Dhule 1 post are included. This job will be given on contract basis. Initially the appointment will be for 1 year. If the candidate’s work is good, this period can be extended further.
How much salary will you get?
Selected candidates will be paid a total of Rs 26,000 every month. In this, Rs 25,000 will be given as fixed salary and Rs 1,000 will be given for mobile and commuting expenses. Apart from this, no other type of allowance will be given.
Who can apply
The candidate applying for this post must have a graduation degree in any subject. In terms of experience, the bank has said to give preference to some candidates, such as: Retired officers of the bank (Scale-I or above), who have taken VRS from the bank, ex-servicemen or government school teachers. However, all these candidates should have a good understanding of banking and financial services. Along with this, the candidate should have good command over speaking and writing Marathi or Hindi language. Basic knowledge of computer like MS Office, Internet and typing knowledge is also necessary. The person applying should be a resident of Ahilyanagar district. For this recruitment, the age of the candidate should be between 45 years to 65 years.

1. Application for this recruitment will have to be made through offline medium. For this, the candidate must first go to the official website of Central Bank of India and download the recruitment notification.
2. Take a print out of the Annexure-A application form given in the notification.
3. Put your photo in the form and fill all the information like name, address and experience correctly.
4. After this, attach self-attested photocopies of required documents, such as Aadhar Card, Educational Certificate, Experience Certificate and Residence Certificate.
5. Place the application form in an envelope and write in capital letters Application for the post of Counselor for CENT FLC-Ahilyanagar on contract.
6. The filled application form should be sent to Regional Head, Central Bank of India, Regional Office, Plot No. P-56 has to be sent to MIDC-Nagapur, Ahilyanagar – 414111. Keep in mind that your application should reach this address before 13 March 2026.
