Preparations to start Master of Dental Surgery i.e. MDS course in Jamia Millia Islamia are going on at a fast pace. Initial approval has been received from the Union Health Ministry. Now the university is completing the further process so that this course can be started from the next academic session.
There is a plan to start MDS courses in 9 different specialties in the Dental Faculty of Jamia. Limited seats will be kept in every department, so that students can get better training. This step will further strengthen the level of dental education.
