State Bank of India, one of the largest government banks in the country, has again provided employment opportunity to its former officers. The bank has started the recruitment process for resolver posts for the year 2026-27. A total of 105 vacant posts will be filled under this recruitment. These appointments will be made on contract basis, where the selected candidates will be given the responsibility of resolving customer complaints and improving banking services. The special thing about this recruitment is that no written examination will be conducted in it and the selection will be done only on the basis of interview.
This recruitment done by State Bank of India has been started with the aim of providing better services to the customers. A total of 105 posts will be appointed through this recruitment drive. These posts have been distributed in different circles across the country so that the grievance redressal system can be strengthened in every area. According to the available information, maximum 15 posts have been kept in New Delhi circle. Apart from this, recruitment will be done on 13 posts in Lucknow circle, 10 posts in Patna, 9 posts in Bhopal and 7 posts in Kolkata. Whereas 6-6 posts have been earmarked in Gandhinagar, Jaipur and Guwahati circles. The remaining posts have been kept for other areas. It is clear that the bank wants to appoint experienced officers to improve the services in different parts of the country.

what will be the selection process
In this recruitment, candidates will not have to give any kind of written examination. The selection process has been kept simple so that experienced candidates can apply easily. First of all, the applications of the candidates will be scrutinized. After this, the eligible candidates will be called for interview. In the interview, the candidate’s experience, banking knowledge, problem solving ability and work skills will be tested.
Document verification will be done after the interview and then the final selection list will be released. Candidates selected through this process will be appointed on contract basis.
